1. General Information & Support

2. Content Sharing & Licensing

You retain ownership of all content (AI-generated images, videos, texts) you post on BetweenHim. However:

• You grant BetweenHim a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use your content within our services.
• This license ends when you delete your content or account, unless other users have shared or saved your content.
• Publicly shared content may be visible to anyone, even outside the BetweenHim platform.

2.1. AI-Generated Content & Community Guidelines

As a platform focused on AI Cinema, we encourage creativity. However, the following rules apply to all user-uploaded or generated content:

• User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the prompts you use and the images or videos you upload. BetweenHim does not pre-screen all content but reserves the right to remove any material that violates these terms.
• Prohibited AI Content: You strictly agree not to create or upload content that:
  • Depicts real persons (Deepfakes) without their explicit consent.
  • Shows non-consensual sexual content or extreme violence.
  • Infringes on the intellectual property of artists or studios.
• Grant of Rights: By uploading AI-generated content, you confirm that you have the right to use the underlying tools and that you grant BetweenHim the right to display this content to our community.
• Community Respect: Our platform is a safe space for the gay community. Any content promoting hate speech, homophobia, or discrimination will lead to an immediate ban.

3. Safety & Prohibited Conduct

We strive to keep BetweenHim a safe space for the community. You agree NOT to:

• Send spam or unauthorized mass communications.
• Use automated mechanisms (bots/scrapers) without permission.
• Upload malicious software or viruses.
• Threaten, harass, or discriminate against other users.
• Publish illegal or prohibited pornographic content (please respect our community guidelines regarding artistic AI cinema).
• Disrupt or overload the technical functionality of the site.

4. Registration & Account Security

• You must provide accurate personal information.
• You may only operate one personal account.
• Age Restriction: You must be at least 18 years old to use BetweenHim.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure and your contact info up to date.

5. Gamification & Community Features

Our platform uses a Gamification System (Badges, Points, Levels) via EasySocial. Points and rewards have no monetary value. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue this system at any time without notice.

6. Termination & Liability

Violation of these terms may lead to temporary or permanent suspension of your account. BetweenHim is provided "as is".

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.
• Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law (e.g., in case of gross negligence).

7. Legal Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by German Law. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes is the District Court of Freiburg im Breisgau, Germany.
