• Ad packages based on time, impressions (CPM), or clicks (CPC).
• Campaign management with targeting options (Keywords, Social, and Geo-Targeting).
• Support for various formats: Standard Banners, HTML5, Floating Ads, and Pop-ups.

2. Advertiser Responsibilities

As an advertiser, you are solely responsible for:

• Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations regarding your advertisements.
• The accuracy, relevance, and legality of your ad content.
• Ensuring that your ads do not contain fraudulent, misleading, or offensive material.
• Managing your own campaigns and budgets within our dashboard.

3. Payment Terms

• Recurring Payments: Subscriptions are automatically charged at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled in advance.
• Promo Codes: Discounts applied via promo codes cannot be exchanged for cash.

4. Campaign Review & Targeting

Approval: While some ads may be automatically approved based on system criteria, BetweenHim.com reserves the right to manually review, reject, or suspend any ad that violates our community standards or advertising guidelines.

Targeting: Advertisers can utilize Geo-Targeting (Country/Region) and Keyword-Targeting to reach the specific audience of the Gay AI Cinema community.

5. Prohibited Content

We strictly prohibit ads that:

• Infringe on third-party copyrights or trademarks.
• Promote illegal activities or prohibited adult content beyond our artistic community scope.
• Distribute malware or use malicious technical scripts.

6. Termination & Liability

BetweenHim.com provides its advertising platform "as is". We do not guarantee specific conversion rates or 100% uptime. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms without a refund of remaining balances if the violation was caused by the advertiser.
